Yasir is Research Coordinator in Executive Office of Centre of Excellence-CPEC since 2016. Prior to joining CoE-CPEC, He had been working in industry, trade(FMCG) and energy sector with different institutes and MNC’s including Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited (CCBPL), Pak Arab Refinery-PARCO, Tuwairqi Steels Mills Limited (TSML), Comstar-ISA-Shah Nawaz Group, Abudawood Trading Company (ATCO), Procter & Gamble (P&G), Pakistan Navy(PN), Port Qasim Authority(PQA) and The Citizen Foundation(TCF) . He completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE-Elect.) from Pakistan Navy Engineering College-NUST and MBA from School of Business and Leadership KSBL-KEI-UK. His area of interest includes trade and industry cooperation under umbrella of new economic geography, emerging market forces, modern industrialization and entrepreneurship. He is the winner of “All Pakistan Business Plan Competition-2015” and “Mobilink Discover – NUST Business Plan Competition-2014-15” on “Energy Auditing Services”
